Make your way into the hip living space filled with tons of natural light. The home is laid out spaciously over two levels with two unique living areas to spread out and gather together with friends and family. The main level features two bedrooms (both with Queen size beds), a full bathroom, a living area with a large L-shaped sofa for lounging, a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment and a fireplace for cool nights (Duraflame log included!).
The lower level of the home features a third bedroom with king size bed, a second bathroom, another living area complete with a sofa and super comfy chair, an office area for remote work, and direct access to the kid-friendly backyard. There's a high efficient washer/dryer for guest convenience, plus modern updates including smart locks and a digital guidebook to guide you through the home and neighborhood.
Please note that the house does not have central air-conditioning, but we do have two portable A/C units available.We also feature local Seattle coffee company, Anchorhead, at this house and provide an elevated coffee experience using a Chemex pour-over coffee brewer.

This unit allows 6 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people overnight the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

We know you are coming to Seattle to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
