Lake Berkley is a tranquil gated community in the Kissimmee neighborhood with a relaxed ambiance away from the crowds yet in close proximity to Orlando’s top attractions and world-class golf courses. You’re less than 30 minutes to International Drive, Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studios, and Discovery Cove, an hour to the Kennedy Space Center, and less than two hours to Florida’s award-winning beaches. We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 9 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 9 people overnight the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
PARKING:
There is free parking available on the premises.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Kissimmee to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
